The Eastern North Philadelphia Sustainable Communities Initiative (SCI Eastern North)—a partnership between Philadelphia LISC , Small Business Merchant Services, and Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha, Inc.(APM)—is designed to better coordinate development efforts in this challenged community, and implement a long-lasting, sustainable, comprehensive neighborhood development strategy.
